PRAYER FOR SPRING

For every bird that sings,

And every bud that brings,

A hint of spring,

Thank you, Lord.

For every robin’s nest,

And showers, springtime’s test,

April’s best,

Thank you, Lord.

 If we can stand the winter,

And keep our hearts by You,

The cross You bore at Easter

Will surely see us through.
